The Fitness Club activities are divided into two main groups: organised classes (group training) and powerlifting (individual training).
The organised classes include all of the general fitness classes, fit-boxing, and Pilates. Each activity has its own timetable and pricing.
Please be aware that the proposed activities may be subject to modification.
Organised Classes
The fitness classes are given by our fully qualified fitness instructors. The classes focus on cardio, toning, and stretching, and also work on coordination, set to music, using steps, weights, and bands.
Activities included in the General Fitness Subscription
If you subscribe to the General Fitness subscription, you are entitled to attend any of the classes under this category, always respecting:
- 1. The number of lessons you subscribed to per week
- 2. Prior registration on Indico for the classes
Afro-Caribbean Fitness Dancing
Based on rhythms from Africa and the diaspora, Afro-Caribbean fitness dance is a contemporary class where students discover full-body expression rooted in West African, Caribbean, and American dance traditions.

Boot Camp
Jump into our dynamic fitness boot camp classes that blend cardiovascular, strength, and endurance exercises within a motivating group setting.
Each week features:
- Warm-up games
Partner exercises - Team challenges
- Intense training with kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight
Train your mind, and your body will follow! Boost endurance, sculpt muscles, and enjoy a fun, motivating group atmosphere.

Circuit Training
Circuit training involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time makes this an effective workout that fits well into a healthy lifestyle.

Fit-Boxing
A fitness class incorporating boxing techniques, popular with both men and women. It focuses on upper body conditioning, working the arms, abs, chest, and shoulders, with additional lower-body exercises in the kickboxing area to boost overall fitness.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT combines exercises from different training styles such as Tabata, Callisthenics, and CrossFit. It consists of short, intense anaerobic routines with minimal recovery time.
Benefits include:
- Improved body conditioning
- Increased muscle definition
- Enhanced endurance
- Significant fat loss
Classes are based on Workout of the Day (WoD) concepts and adapt to participants’ demands and feedback. Every routine is different, making this a highly effective and motivating class.

PowHer Lifting
PowHer Lifting is a beginner-friendly powerlifting and weightlifting class for women. In a supportive environment, participants learn the fundamentals of lifting with a focus on:
- Proper technique
- Safety
- Individualised progression
Join a community that empowers women to lift confidently, celebrate progress, and redefine strength together.

Co-Ed Powerlifting
This class is the ideal introduction for those interested in learning the basics of powerlifting and to gain confidence in the weight room. Designed for beginners, this class focuses on teaching the proper form and technique for the three main lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift, along with other weighted exercises to improve overall strength and conditioning. You will learn essential safety practices and build a solid foundation in strength training.
The class fosters a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace while having fun and staying motivated.

Zumba®
Zumba® is for everybody and everybody! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat and have fun.
By mixing low- and high-intensity moves, Zumba® creates an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. With Latin and world rhythms, it’s often called exercise in disguise.
A total workout combining:
- Cardio
- Muscle conditioning
- Balance and flexibility
- Boosted energy and fun

Pilates
A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Pilates targets deep postural muscles to improve posture, strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration, and control.

If you are only interested in using the facilities to work out on your own, this is the right section for you!
We provide high-quality professional equipment and advanced expertise in strength training, and we are happy to share this knowledge with you.
